Corrosion to Magnetite effectHow corrosion is generated? The mechanism of the corrosion is, the
surface of iron loses electron and ionization by the oxidation reaction and it
leaves from the surface of the iron. Generated ion become iron monoxide by oxygen,
or iron hydroxide by water and deposits on the surface of iron. Corrosion to Magnetite MechanismIron which is used for water pipe oxidizes by hydrogen and oxygen in water, and become corrosion that makes blockage in pipe work. Corrosion separates off oxygen and hydrogen, and is reduced when it gets electron, then become magnetite which has less than one tenth volume than corrosion. This will make magnetite layer and attached to the inner wall of pipe work, and problem of corrosion blockage is solved. ![]() ![]() |
