Rebuilds the pipe from the inside

The NMR Pipetector was developed in response to the needs of the water pipe corrosion market. The NMR Pipetector stops, eliminates and reverses corrosion in water pipes.
The NMR Pipetector in reversing corrosion, also rebuilds and strengthens the existing pipe works, something that no other current product is able to accomplish.
 As water flows through the pipe works (pushed by the pipe system pump), the water passes through NMR effect, as produced by the NMR Pipetector unit. The NMR effect breaks large clusters of water molecules into smaller clusters, thereby releasing electrons into the water, which attach to the existing corrosion. The corrosion (or red rust) is then changed into Magnetite. As the Magnetite moves through, it bonds with the inner surface of the pipe, preventing further corrosion from occurring. Magnetite also penetrates into the pipe walls where corrosion has occurred, eliminating existing corrosion and rebuilding the pipe wall, effectively extending the working life of the pipes, eliminating the necessity of pipe replacement. The NMR Pipetector unit has no running or maintenance costs.

What is NMR Theory?

NMR Pipetector is a patent registered in Japan, Europe, and the Unites States. We presented documentation regarding our NMR method at the Asian-Pacific Corrosion Control Conference in 2003, and Japan Association of Corrosion Control in 2005 and received high acclaim at both.

NMR stands for Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, and to be more accurate, our method uses the phenomenon which relates to NMR and ESR, Electron Spin Resonance.

We presented paper regarding the NMR Method for anti-corrosion of water pipe works, and it was published in the monthly magazine of Japan Association of Corrosion Control.
Japan Association of Corrosion Control is an institute, founded in 1957 aming to solve the problem of corrosion in metal products.

We presented our paper regarding the method for anti-corrosion technology, at the Asian-Pacific Corrosion Control Conference at Osaka University, in Japan.
Our paper NMR Technology to stop corrosion and Prolong Water pipe works states following point with detailed scientific result.

1. Scientifically proved with data to stop discolored water, erosion by corrosion inside pipe works completely and convert corrosion into magnetite.

We defined the NMR effect of changin corrosion inside pipe works into magnetite by Hydrated Electron which are the result of the NMR phenomenon. We also presented some successful installation example of NMR method.
